Management And Leadership Of The Housekeeping Team

• Leads the Housekeeping Team with a Heartist® approach and constantly seeks to create an all-encompassing and welcoming working environment for a multi-cultural and diverse group of Housekeeping colleagues. He / she will focus on the well-being, safety, training and development needs of colleagues. 
• Plans for a 24-hours shift coverage for all colleagues and is able to personally cover any role or duty under the Housekeeping department.

Involvement As A Member Of The Hotel Leadership Team

• Follows sustainable procedures and practices that support ‘Planet 21’ initiatives (Accor’s Corporate Social Responsibility program).
• ·Adheres to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures and ensures all direct reports are trained in, and follows WSH guidelines.
• Personally handles and follows up on any guest complaints and incidences, together with Lobby Manager and/or respective hotel colleague(s), in a manner which aligns to the hotel’s values, policies and procedures.
• Undertakes any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

• Provide crucial support to the Salvage Master/Project Manager during emergency responses, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of salvage operations on-site.
• Contribute to the enhancement of salvage capabilities by assisting in the selection and maintenance of state-of-the-art equipment and establishing effective maintenance protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to troubleshoot and restore complex ship systems, sharing knowledge and insights to optimize operational outcomes during salvage missions.

Requirements:

• COC Class 3 certified
• Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience with various types of vessels and engine-room plants on modern merchant ships.

Assistant Process Engineer

• Salary: $3000 - $3700 (depending on experience)
• Working hour: Mon–Fri: 8.15am – 5.30pm
• Working location: Tuas (Transport provided at Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT station)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for factory routine / ad-hoc / maintenance task
• Plan and execute total preventive & corrective maintenance for different functional machine /equipment/facility
• Identify critical machine parts and stock in accordingly to minimize machine idle time.
• Manage spare part store and inventory within cost budget
• Perform machine setup and ensure smooth machine run prior handover to production
• Maintain up to date maintenance schedule, procedures, machine manual, risk assessment, check list and establish new SOP if necessary
• Guide and train the team member to enhance their technical knowledge
• Key maintenance personnel to lead a team of maintenance technicians for assigned duty
• Assist Engineering function for new machine/line introduction in terms of design and implementation
• Liaise with various vendors for job quotation & retrofit of machine
• Work according to 5S principle and company safety regulation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in electrical or relevant engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in equipment and facility maintenance.
• Hands-on experiences for motor, pumps, formulation tank, scrubber, dust collector, chiller and air compressor will be an added advantage.
• Possess Manage Work At Height (MWAH) / Risk Assessment Cert preferably.
