3 months + renewable up to 9 months

Monday – Friday, office hours

Salary: Up to $2,800 (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Scope:

•Coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members

•Communicating with candidates to provide necessary details and logistics for their interviews

•Shortlisting of candidates for roles

•Providing logistics and administrative support for interview-related activities, such as room booking and updating of interview calendar invites.

•Administrating written tests and reference checks

•General office administration such as maintaining of databases (E.g. Internal job advertisement)

•In addition, you might be involved in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•Diploma or Degree in relevant course

•Relevant admin experience

•Experience in Microsoft office

•HR generalist experience or interview coordination is advantageous
