PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of month-end close, hard-close, fast close and year-end close processes of designated business divisions.

• Prepare/review internal and external schedules/reports as required.
• Review and provide direction to staff with regards to account reconciliation and sub-ledgers to general ledger and other balance sheet reconciliations such as banks/inventory, etc. for completeness and accuracy and follow up on action items.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience, preferably with some commercial experience

Job Position: Senior Customer Service Assistant - Driving Range

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a high level of customer service and assist in members' and guests’ inquiries
• Collect ball fees, Toptracer Range fees, and ball card top-up fees
• Assist with bay reservations for members and the public (phone, email, in-person)
• Supervises and directs junior level CSA in the golf shop as well as field attendants
• Assist to manage the receiving and processing of new inventory in the shop
• Assist to stage and prepare club activities and leagues being organized at the driving range
• Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, and engineering to report facility issues for a timely resolution.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required
• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Proficient in basic computer software (MS Office and similar)
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to be part of a service-oriented team

• Able to assist in HR documents such as employment letter, contracts, warning letter, memos and maintaining employees records.
• Able to Coordinate appointments for internal and external meetings
• Able to assist in maintaining simple accounts, tracking various expenses & payments, liaising with parties, invoicing, payments etc.
• Able to assist with presentations, prepare agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.
• Others tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Meticulous and possess excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask and work in fast paced environment

The Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) Pillar invites applications to fill several Tenure Track faculty positions. Appointments will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Highly qualified applicants with a substantial track record of research accomplishments, an active research program, and strong teaching experience may be considered for appointment as Tenured Full Professor.

Faculty duties include teaching subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels, research, supervision of students, advising undergraduate student projects, and service to the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and the community. At the start of employment, candidates should hold a Ph.D. in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field. Candidates for senior positions must demonstrate the ability to successfully create and manage an independent research program. Exceptional candidates in all areas will be considered, but priority will be given to those in the following areas.

• Artificial intelligence (with a focus on Machine Learning, Multi-agent Systems)
• Systems and networking
• Cyber security
