• Document call outcomes and update relevant databases or CRM systems accurately.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Coordinate schedules and appointments for clients using digital calendars or scheduling software.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders.

Others:

• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
• Prepare correspondence and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Nitec or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in office administration or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or databases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities based on business needs
