· Expenditure variance analysis and monitoring

· Liaison with external auditors pertaining to statutory audit

· Liaison with tax agent on company taxation matters

· Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters

• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Familiar to MOM rules & regulations is a preferred.
• At least 3 years of human resource and accounting experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in HR, Payroll or Accounting software/system. (Infotech, E-Retail, MYOB)
• Well verse in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counter-part.
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to prioritise tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Attention to details, possesses positive can-do attitude and willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Principal for all administrative details related to the center's day-to-day operations and provides customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in picking up and answering any phone call on general enquiries
• Meet and greet parents/students/visitors
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• General clerical duties
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationary, events, etc
• Responsibility for proper storage of stationary and uniforms
• Support operational workflow

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination activities with external System Wide Contractors and execute LTA and SMRT projects.
• Attend interface and coordination meetings with LTA, SMRT, and various System Wide Contractors.
• Oversee project-related site installation schedules and manage site subcontractors.
• Monitor and supervise all site activities and work progress.
• Prepare documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Project Schedules, and Work Procedures.
• Arrange weekly meetings with the internal Project Manager to discuss work schedules and plan resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Computer Engineering from a recognised local polytechnics.
• Relevant experience in site coordination for LTA/SMRT projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating leadership and proactivity.
• A team player who is confident in leading, supervising, and supporting various Project Managers with site activities.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines.
• Proficient in communicating with LTA, SMRT, and various System Wide Contractors.
