· Monthly reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts.

· Assist in month end closing

Accounts Receivable Functions

· Assist AR department on sorting, scanning invoices and sending it to customers via email and uploading in customer portals.

· Perform and maintain proper filing of sales invoices.

· Update sales collection and assist in bank reconciliation (cash, cheque, bank transfers)

· Send monthly statement of accounts (A/R) to clients.

· Assist in preparing periodic ageing receivable reports by following up with clients on outstanding payments via email/calls.

· Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries or concerns.

· Assist in month end closing

Admin Functions

· Maintain proper documentation and filing including archiving

· Assist in any admin and ad-hoc duties assigned

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

• Assist stock take and incoming stocks
• Daily picking, receive incoming shipment and local delivery
• Sorting of parts from shipment accurately
• Label, palletise and binning of parts for warehouse storage
• Packing of parts for delivery in accordance to delivery orders
• Adhere to company guidelines regarding spares and stock handling
• Optimize the warehouse space
• Assist in the day to day operations within the warehouse
• Execute actions in accordance with the safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company.
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Singaporeans only
• Min GCE N/O/A Level, Diploma or equivalent
• Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
• Willing to work in Tuas & Benoi
• Forklift license preferred
• Able to manage 10kg & above load
• Computer literate

- Maintain employee records such as the personal files, etc. and ensures that such records are kept up-to-date. Prepare documents for new employees.

- Monitor due dates for confirmation, retirement, medical checkup, etc. and sends reminders as appropriate.

- Answer queries from employees regarding leave entitlement, rates of pay, company doctor’s procedures and other personnel related matters.

- Assist in other specific areas such as administration of medical insurance claims, application for work permits and employment passes, etc.

- Salary Administration. Calculate employees’ salaries including any overtime pay, deductions and accurately process monthly payroll.

- Provide information on employees’ salaries and labour costs as and when required.

- Complete and submit appropriate forms to external agencies such as CPF Board, Income Tax Department, SDF, Mindef, etc.

- Answers questionnaire forms on salaries and other personnel-related matters sent to company by government agencies (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) and other organisations.

• Write copy in line with pre-established visual tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience.

• Present, share and review creative work with Creative, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team

• Manage and perform your own role in multiple projects from concept to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors.

• Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work.
