The Linguistics and Multilingual Studies programme strongly encourages and supports interdisciplinary research and welcomes applicants who pursue research in an empirical theoretical framework. The Hwei-Ee Tan lab studies the fundamental biological basis of “gut-feelings”, how bacteria in the gut signals to the host to influence physiology and behaviour. Using mice as a mammalian model, the lab investigates how diet and microbiome factors modulates host phenotypes (e.g. food reward, anxiety behaviours, etc). Besides supporting curiosity-driven basic research on the gut-brain axis, his lab is also studying the brain-gut axis, to uncover host-microbe interactions. • Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

Key Accountabilities:

• Undertake independently the commissioning, installation, maintenance and repair/overhaul of MTU products and its associated equipment at MTU workshop or at site in accordance with MTU manuals and/or specific given instructions.
• Capable in resolving the technical matters and completing the services according to the works order and to the acceptance of the Customers and Supervisors, thereafter, provide the service/investigation reports where applicable.
• Liaise with Supervisors and in-house Technical Specialist for technical assistance, if required.
• Develop and update own skills and knowledge to meet the job requirements through training and self - learning.
• Advise, instruct and train the team members in carrying out the assigned tasks, in using of MTU documentations, tools, customers' drawings, etc.
• Observe the safety regulations of WSHA and guidelines/risk assessment from the company's WHS Committee when performing work at-site or at customer's premises.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Preferably with working experience on diesel engine.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, resourceful, team player
• Willing to travel overseas on job assignments

• Filling and keeping proper records of the payment documents
• Process staff claim
• Confirm and record all intercompany transactions and balances with the subsidiaries in the group accurately
• Train new staff in the AP process and operation flow

• Assist in yearly stock take

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and tracking of the ERP Project, including resource allocation and time management.
• Assist in coordinating with various internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Assist in the entire system setup process, including discussions, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and resolving them to keep the project on track.
