Location: Changi North (islandwide pickup)

Job Description:

Maintain inventory accuracy by preparing reports and coordinating with clients and warehouses for shipments.

Handle purchase orders, review inventory, and resolve inventory issues.

Prepare inventory reports and coordinate item conversions with warehouses.

Billing & Reporting:

Perform Value-Added Services (VAS) billing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate billings.

Customer & Product Complaints:

Support Client Service Specialists and Manager in resolving customer and product complaints, ensuring timely task closure.

Redressing Coordination:

Coordinate redressing tasks, optimize production schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely order completion.

Expedite urgent tasks and follow up on material shortages as needed.

Key Account Management:

Assist Client Service Specialists in relaying client requests during urgent situations.

Reporting:

Provide stock disposal and other client-required reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Support in ad-hoc report retrieval as needed.
