Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing technical advice.
• Work closely with internal teams, workshops, and contractors to coordinate vehicle service and repair.
• Prepare quotations, work orders, and manage job orders for services.
• Track and update service schedules, repairs, and vehicle collections with customers.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and suggest solutions.
• Assist with own damage vehicle accident matters, including billing and coordinating repairs.

Job Requirements:

• GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or workshop environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Additional Information:

• Salary: Basic Up to SGD 2,300 + OT + AWS +VB
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm/ Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
