ASSISTANT DESIGNER

As an Assistant Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the project team with design development, design coordination and documentation. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client’s team and other relevant parties.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concept and design development;

• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage

• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture)

Part-time Administrative Assistant (Warehouse) Responsibilities

• To perform picking, packing based on outlet orders.
• To ensure good receiving in order and verifying the quality and quantity of each item.
• To record warehouse stock and monitor inventory control.
• To perform sorting, organizing and keeping stock in the right location.
• To ensure the warehouse is organized and clean.
• To perform monthly stock count every end of the month.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

Candidate should have/is completing a PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field, preferably with teaching and post-doctoral research experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead installation team to carry out solar panel installation works which include installation of solar panels on the roof, installation of solar PV inverter and connection to the existing electrical switch board
• Manage multiple solar installation projects across Singapore
• Liaise with client, contactors and internal teams to ensure ontime project delivery
• Execute project installation with the M&E shop drawings provided by engineer
• Assist with ad-hoc duties if needed

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in electrical engineering, solar field is preferred
• Able to read and understand M&E shop drawings
• Able to work outdoor, under the sun
