Job description

• Processing orders, invoicing and delivery scheduling
• Handling E-Commerce platforms and order management
• Inventory management (Stock management, adjustment, etc)
• Processing customs clearance and managing related document
• Filing and archiving of documents and invoices
• Maintaining and improving customer service levels
• Replying to client queries and requests (emails and phone calls)
• Able to actively communicate and work collaboratively with superiors and coworker
• Reporting of any discrepancies
• Pitching in with picking and packing of orders
• Assisting and participating in annual stocktake
• All related task and duties assigned by the management
