We are seeking a highly motivated research assistant with a strong mathematical background who is interested to explore new research directions in neuro-symbolic methods, specifically on the interplay between deep learning and symbolic reasoning. Job Description

The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing (SoC). SoC is strongly committed to research excellence in all its dimensions: Searching for fundamental results and insights, developing novel computational solutions to a wide range of applications, building large-scale experimental systems and improving the well-being of society. We seek to play an active role both internationally and locally in the core and emerging areas of Computer Science and Information Systems.

The Research Assistant will be responsible for working closely with the Principal Investigator and lab members on one or more research projects. He/she should possess experience or interest in at least one of the following research areas:

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Computer Vision
• Algorithms
• Circuits and Systems
• Programming Languages & Software Engineering

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree with Honours in a relevant area; and
• Experience in research
• Good communications skill in both written and verbal English

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare meeting materials for production planning such as line-ups, rundowns and location surveys which includes schedule paperwork and camera scripts for Producers
• Requistion of props and costumes.
• Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming
• Manage talents and crew both in Studio and location filming and see to crowd control
• Prepare production reports
• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production
• Follow up on editing such as transfer and logging, dialogue dubbing and transcribing

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and Degree graduates with no experience or candidates with 2 years of related experience are welcome to apply.

We are looking for Accounts and Admin assistant to assist our Finance manager with the following scope of work:

Primary responsibilities include:

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable function: generate sales invoices from internal Accounting Tool and generate Statement of Accounts.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable function: update invoices into internal system.
• Update goods delivery report, O365 files etc.
• Collect all supporting documents and receipts
• Prepare monthly closing file for accountant
• Handling Procurement function
• Handling Costing in Accounting Tool
• To manage admin tasks as and when assigned

Technical Skill set:

• Attention to details and meticulous is a must
• Strong knowledge in accounting.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel: Pivot Table, Vlookup, Sumif etc.
• Have experience working for an IT company as an accountant is a real plus
• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
