• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills, is a good team player, and has good time management skills
• Comfortable in speaking with people from all levels
• Candidate with minimal experience will be considered for internship position

· Possesses positive learning attitude and not afraid to accept challenages.

· Possesses a sense of inquisitiveness and enthusiasm in exploring possible solutions and outcomes.

· Possesses working knowledge on a CAD software, preferably on SolidWorks.

· Preferably able to prepare drawings from sketches, specifications and other modes of communication, including verbal instruction.

· Preferably able to perform basic tolerance analysis and geometry tolerance.

· Willing to take on hands-on tasks, such as product testing and crimping.
