To assist the Facilities Manager in managing all the facilities and cleaning related matters.

Job Scope

• Ensure all vendor invoices are correctly recorded and paid in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for preparing and reimbursement of petty cash.
• Follow up outstanding accounts receivables.
• Support Sale and project Team and coordinate sales-related activities within the organization (including Hong Kong, China and Philippines orders).
• Generate delivery orders and sales invoices.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of shipping documents and invoices.
• Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates.
• Closely follow up and update customers on delivery dates.
• Prepare purchase orders to Suppliers.
• Appoint and co-ordinate with freight forwarder to deliver goods to our warehouse.
• Co-ordinate with Logistic/Warehouse on delivery schedule.
• Handle email/phone enquiries.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirement

• GCE O Level and above.
• Minimum 1-year related experience in accounting/logistics
• Familiar with SAP BeOne system is an advantage

• Ensure that all transactions are well documented

Junior Sommelier is to offer recommendations on the best pairing to the guests.

2.Accountabilities

2.1 Assisting the Sommelier Team in all tasks

2.2 Assists guests with wine selections in a helpful, thoughtful, and gracious manner.

2.3 Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware

2.4 Informing guests on the variety of wines available.

2.5 Store open bottles properly to maintain taste

3. Communication & Working Relationships

3.1 Interacts closely with Sommelier Team and promotes an image of professionalism and gallantry at all time

4. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

4.1 Certification as a Sommelier or a Degree in Hospitality is beneficial.

4.2 Previous experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward, or in a Hospitality role in fine dining concept

4.3 Good knowledge on wines and regions of the different types.

4.4 Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries.

4.5 An understanding of the wine making process. Ability to perform manual labor
