Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an Office Assistant & Courier. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, document management, and delivery responsibilities, supporting our trading operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a valid motorbike license.
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration & Courier (to and fro around the city and office):
- Provide general administrative support to the trading team.
- Arrange courier services for time-sensitive documents and packages, ensuring proper tracking and documentation. Going around in a motorbike.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to relevant team members.
- Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning of trade documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure adequate stock of pantry supplies.
- Prepare coffee and tea, snacks, water for meetings and ensure the office pantry is clean and well-maintained and stacked.
- Assist with general office cleanliness and tidiness.
- Efficiently and securely transport time-sensitive trade documents between banks, shipping agencies, the Kempar Energy office, and client locations.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and ensure timely delivery of all items.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Kempar Energy.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all delivered documents and materials.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in an office setting or as a courier is preferred.
- Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
- Requirements:Valid Class 2 or 2B motorbike license.
Clean driving record.
Physically fit to handle packages and deliveries.
Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.

- Location: Anson Road
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm
