• Working Location: Pandan Loop
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly attendance and overtime for payroll.
• Handle recruitment activities for blue-collar positions.
• Manage employee attendance and leave.
• Renew and cancel work permits.
• Oversee the onboarding and exiting of staff.
• Maintain employee and payroll data in our system.
• Keep track of employee housing details and updates.
• Manage workplace injury and health & safety insurance claims.
• Produce monthly administrative reports.
• Organize monthly staff birthday celebrations.
• Participate in the planning of yearly corporate events.
• Take care of general administrative tasks like mail handling and office supply management.
• Perform additional tasks given by your supervisor.

Our client is a trading company located near Tanjong Pagar.

They need a person

- who can do document collection/deliveries using Motorcycle

- help in office with printing and scanning

- order stationery, liaising with courier companies, utilities, water etc for deliveries , installation etc

- get and distribute post/mail

- Sorting and filing of paperwork in office

- run errands for office, including guest services (giving water, tea coffee etc, getting food etc)

- insert basic things in word or excel like details of bills etc for claims

Requirements:

• Able to understand and communicate in simple English.
• Possess a valid Class 2/2A/2B driving license.
• Possess an operational motorcycle.
• Pleasant, polite and customer-service oriented.
• Hardworking and responsible team player.
