General Overview

This position is part of the IT & Procurement Group providing procurement services to relevant business groups. We are seeking for Indoor Sales & Marketing Assistants:

Job Scope:

• Customer engagments (Enquiries/ Follow-Up/ Contacts)
• Prepare Graphic designs and content copywriting to generate leads through various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and cold calling
• Present and demonstrate our products and services
• Provide reports on sales activities and results
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliverables are met
• Attend trade shows and events as needed to promote our brand and products
• Ensure Sales & Marketing strategies aligns with Corporate Branding

Job Description:

• Facilitate patients’ journey through the various service points in clinic by assisting with patients’ registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.
• Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Promote and educate patients of self-help services and mobile applications.
• Manage patients’ general enquiries and screen patients’ general condition.
• Perform outgoing calls to patients to attend to their escalated requests.
• Provide administrative support as and when required.

Job Requirement:

• Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A / O / NITEC qualification.
• Experience in frontline and customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player with passion for service excellence.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
