ROLE

The Assistant Planner collaborates with planners, architects, and other project team members to design, coordinate, and present ideas relating to a variety of resort, residential, and urban mixed-use planning and design projects. Compiling documents for Accounts Settlement & payment request, issuing accounting note, preparing SOA, settlement filling.
Check through sales and purchase contracts.
Ensure completeness of deal entry matching against signed contracts for physical trade.
Perform validation of the trades done against trade recaps.
Recognize Incoming payments from clients swiftly and clear pending queues.
Handles front and middle office enquiries on all incoming monies matter.
Liaise with counterparties to verify payments.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assign by management

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting/ Finance
Min 1 year experience in finance and accounting space of a commodity trading house.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart.
Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tasks under tight schedule.
Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organizational skills.
