Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Transportation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain documents, such as policies, procedures, incident reports, and records.
• Assist with data entry, report compilation, and creating presentations
• Support compliance efforts by managing documents, keeping records, and tracking deadlines.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
• Help arrange training sessions, keep training records, and monitor employee certifications.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Tertiary education or equivalent required.
• Able to start immediately
