We are looking for a Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll. Accounts Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Reconcile payments/fee (payment notice vs actual payments)
- Execute recurring payments (rental/payroll)
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Conduct audit checks
- Other related centre adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm
Work Location: Jurong or Tampines
