In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Capability Development to drive various education and training programmes in SACEOS, to help MICE companies reskill, upskill and cross-skilling their employees as they transform to meet today’s changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare training materials and disseminate to learners

· Coordinate with trainers, managing their schedules and ensuring all requirements are met for successful training sessions.

· Facilitate engagements with training/education providers, including reviewing subject matters, submitting learners' details, and managing credit hours.

· Act as a point of contact for training enquiries, liaising with HR to confirm courses, provide guidance on grant/funding submissions, and manage course schedules and learner details.

· Oversee venue logistics, including booking rooms, arranging layouts, ensuring A/V equipment availability, and managing F&B requirements.

· Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.

· Schedule appointments and meetings.

· Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
