Job Description

1. Take charge of Japanese Clients of Overseas Travel Accident Insurance (OTAI) and Overseas Travel Accident Plus (OTAP)

· Customer Support

· Prepare & process Quotation, issuing renewal notice

2. To ensure regular visits to client’s premises at least once a year or more as to make sure client’s demand/need as well as to enhance relationship with clients

3. To quote any risks within underwriting guidelines

4. To review all renewal policies & to recommend new cover (if any) and to improve cover if necessary

5. To review coverage and rates for unfavourable loss ratio clients, and to take necessary measures together with Claim Division timely when needed

6. To follow-up all renewals to ensure policies are being renewed

7. To co-ordinate with internal divisions on documents, claims and other matters

Education / Professional Qualification

Experiences

Communicating and liaising with Japanese clients and Japan HQ is required as part of the job scope. Therefore, proficiency in Japanese is required.

Responsibilities

• Processing trade service & finance transactions, including LC Advising, LC issuance, documents processing, financing for both LC & non LC, and liaise with client for documentary aspects
• Processing accounting entry, reconciliation, and reporting on trade service & finance

Requirements
