Job Description
-To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g.,
incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)
-Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
-Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
-Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual
General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related
documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
-Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and
corporate secretarial matters
-Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and
maintained
-Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing
clients
-Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as
and when required
-Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff
-Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
-Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
Requirements
-Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business
Administration, Business Management or Law
-Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance
background would be an advantage.
-A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who is able to work
independently.
-Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
-At least 3 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
