Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to cost-effectively acquire the necessary products from a pool of efficient vendors who can deliver quality goods on time
• Assist subsidiaries in ensuring that K.U.S products are manufactured safely, cost-effectively, timely and that they meet the required quality standards by implementing an efficient and economic production process.
• Implement warehousing plans to improve warehouse operations and maximise space utilisations.
• Implement logistics strategies to assist subsidiaries in achieving a cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation and meet customer’s satisfaction.
• Assist in ensuring supply chain processes are in accordance with the government legislations, regulations and trade agreements and suit the changing market conditions.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, process manuals and forms to assist in providing definite direction and support to the subsidiaries’ day to day operations and ensure their compliance.
• Monitor the subsidiaries’ performance and follow up until the desired results are achieved.
• Control Supply Chain-owned software to ensure full control on the functionality, access security and information running in the system.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply chain, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least one to three years relevant experience in related field
• Familiar to import and export process
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, resourceful with good analytical abilities

• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and effectively
• Ability in multi languages will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, testing and support of firmware/embedded software applications for microcontroller based wireless systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Executive located in Singapore. The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for demand planning, production planning, communication, and supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Executive will also be required to possess strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP
• Prepare monthly S&OP while balancing supply and demand for a six month horizon
• Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM)
• Leverage the company wide supply chain to achieve lead time and cost targets
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional departments for best possible price and delivery time with the quality required for each project
• Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production and projects
• Coordinate with forwarding agencies for customs clearance of imports and exports
• Maintain the company's database by updating and filing all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company’s SOP
• Coordinate with store to check stock levels as required and place order(s) as needed
• Prepare and distribute procurement and delivery reports to respective departments in a timely manner
• Liaise with Supply Chain Manager for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Taking responsibility for purchasing of goods during all stages from material requisition (MR) till purchase order (PO) closed in the system.
• Submit weekly report to Supply Chain Manager reflecting accurate update on goods purchased and highlighting any issues.
