• Liaise with Legal Counsel and Regulatory Compliance to manage business matters effectively.
• Manage scheduling, prioritization, and preparation for all engagements, as well as coordinate and plan travel schedules involving the Group CEO, CSO, and Senior Management Team where necessary.

Corporate Strategy Support:

• Act as the primary interface to the CEO and working teams, specifically the senior leadership.
• Prepare and compile management reports, statistics, presentations, and meeting agendas, as well as prepare presentation materials for strategic meetings.
• Support adoption of key changes to processes and collaborate with different departments to gather insights and feedback.
• Conduct research, gather data on related market trends for decision-making, strategic planning, or business development purposes.
• Provide support for corporate strategy project management and related tasks.
• Demonstrate understanding of budgeting and expense management; financial acumen will be advantageous.
• Support marketing communications with the Marketing team in terms of project administration.
• Organize coordinate company events, conferences, or meetings and team-building sessions.
• Fulfill other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Secretarial / Business or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant secretarial experience in medical device/pharma/science industry
