Job Description

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and timely
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and payment schedules
• Prepare and process payments accurately and timely
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations

The Successful Applicant

• GCE O Levels, or Diploma in relevant field
• Proven experience in AP function
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Able to work in fast paced environment

Total staff of 40 in Singapore and total 70 in 3 countries. We are looking for our first HR Executive reporting to Finance Manager and director

• Manage the recruitment: Post job listings, arrange & conduct interviews including part time and full time in 3 countries
• Work Pass Management: Quota, applications, renewals, issuance and cancellations.
• Understand HR function : Prepare employment contracts, staff quarterly and annual appraisals
• Payroll management: Onboarding, create profiles, off boarding, keep records on payroll system
• Leave Management: Record and monitor leave, prepare quarterly reports.
• Claims Management : Travel expenses, staff claims , entitlements, product loans, ns make up claims.
• Handle HR related issues: Staff welfare, implementation of HR policy, handle grievances, exit procedures.
• Insurance Updates: Create medical cards for new staff and update insurance records for resignees.
  • Submission & applications government grants, administer internship program.
• Government Submissions : CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.
• Assist in other duties assigned

Requirements

• Understanding of the Employment Act with at least 1-2 years of experience in HR is preferred.
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Positive attitude, good team player, high integrity, initiative and responsibility.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be part of the Managed Services team. Your responsibilities include technical

administration, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to

ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on agreed service level definition, much to the

satisfaction of both customers & company. Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job

scope, which required of you to work closely with external & internal project team members.

Additionally, you will mentor a team of systems operations engineers, providing guidance,

mentorship, and technical expertise. You are expected to be a fast learner, to acquire technical

implementation skill as and when needed due to business requirements. You need to have a

strong analytical and problem-solving skill, so as to excel in supporting our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mentoring a team of systems operations engineers, providing guidance, mentorship,

and technical expertise.

• Monitor condition of server, apps and security measures

• Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management)

• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels (Service Request / Incident /

Change / Patch Management)

• Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults

• Liaise and coordinate the recovery of systems

• Identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration and

implementation (continuous improvements)

• Create, maintain and distribute reports of progress to service delivery manager.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of windows operating systems, Clusters, NLB, or Unix

• Good knowledge of OS Provision, hardening and patching.

• Good knowledge of Solarwinds, Manage Engine.

• Good knowledge of AV solution such as Symantec.

• Good knowledge of cloud platform and virtualization technologies.

• BMC Control-M

• Good server experiences like AD administration & basic networking experiences

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for

this position.

SOFT-SKILLS

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

• Self-driven and must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting,

with minimum supervision.

• Good problem solving and logic skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

1. Outlet Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain operational smoothness, addressing any issues or bottlenecks promptly.

2. Equipment Maintenance:

• Manage equipment servicing, maintenance, and repair issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.

3. Premises Upkeep:

• Ensure that the clinic premises are well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Address any facility-related issues promptly and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.

5. Communication Facilitation:

6. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with suppliers, inspectors, contractors, and agents to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with external partners to support the clinic's operational needs.

7. Customer Service:

• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

8. Ad-Hoc Tasks and Administrative Support:

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of meetings or events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
