Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of work experience in Operations or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills

The Job:

• Order to CashCommunicate regularly with customer to handle their PO and confirmation
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
• Arrange delivery to meet customer expected date and invoice on time, coordination with warehouse
• Replenishment stockRegularly communicate with sales for market development
  Calculate stock requirements based on demand planning and historical data
  Create PO to respecting supplier (affiliate or non-affiliate)
  Monitor and ensure all PO's in line with requirement and communicated
• Import ActivitiesMonitor shipping schedule, receive notification of arrival of import materials, closely coordination with GBS

· Forecast and manage budgets and team procurement

· Coordinate department facility operations, including space planning and office moves

· Daily team support including: new hire set up; purchase of goods & services, process invoices

· Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures

· Develop and prepare reports and maintain database
