• Previous Experience: Experience in school administration work will be an advantage, contributing to a deeper understanding of operational needs.
• Strong Administrative Skills: Skilled in administrative work, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Administration, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Forms, and Google Sheets for administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage data entry, bookings, and event coordination using digital tools.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in school administration, handling general administrative duties such as supporting CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) teachers with registrations, competition coordination, vendor management, and logistics for school events.
• Experience with managing student records and liaising with students and parents for registrations in various programs.

SALARY RANGE FROM $4200 - $4900.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 0900HRS TO 1800HRS
