The successful candidate will join the Protein Sequence Analysis group (https://www.a-star.edu.sg/bii/research/bsfd/psa) at the Bioinformatics Institute, which is part of the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research in Singapore (A*STAR Singapore). Our group plays important technical and scientific roles in GISAID (https://www.gisaid.org), which makes viral sequences available freely whilst safeguarding depositors’ data rights.
