ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description: As Sourcing Executive, your primary scope will be to support both direct and indirect procurement, this includes new vendor sourcing, negotiation, category strategies and vendor management. This role will work closely with both Operations Team and Sales Teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement innovative and engaging events and educational programmes for different visitor segments: family and youth audiences, for both in-centre and outreach efforts.
• Conduct and facilitate public programmes across all DCS museums.
• Assess and review programme outcome, effectiveness and impact.
• The role will be in support of Marketing Communications initiatives.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of events & programmes.
