Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Master’s degree in political science, economics, international affairs, or another relevant field (with a focus on Southeast Asia).

Two to five years of professional experience in a relevant field, including experience working in the energy, mining, or financial sectors or within consultancies supporting clients in these sectors.

Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered if they are able to demonstrate strong potential.

Robust quantitative skills, including proficiency with statistical techniques; experience in data visualisation will be an advantage.

Broad understanding of salient political, social, and regulatory issues and developments within key emerging markets in Southeast Asia, particularly with regards to sustainability and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and geopolitics. • Responsible for full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and analytical review of variances

Desired Skills and Experience:

• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization in financial services)
• Hands-on project experience related to Risk and Compliance target operating model design, implementation planning, large-scale cost savings and/or transformation programmes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and drive internal and client meetings independently, including preparation of client workshop
• Fluent in English, local SE-Asian languages a plus
