Description of Key Job Duties:

• Responsible for data collection and collation of various financing businesses (including but not limited to project loans, trade financing guarantees, etc.), financial model calculation and other business support work according to project needs;
• Responsible for completing the work assigned by other department leaders.

Skills Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business, banking &finance, or related field.
• Have solid financial model foundation and good data analysis ability;
• Able to work well in different cultural environments;
• Willingness to do business travel overseas in short notice.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese, in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.

Experience:

• 4-6 yrs in TeamSite

Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills):

• Hands-on experience with OpenText TeamSite, LiveSite and OpenDeploy Development and Administration
• Hands-on experience with DCT, DCR, Workflows - Workflow Modeller, ComponentsTeamSite SitePublisher pages, components, templates, TeamSite Externals, controllers, TeamSite Form API, and Forms publisher API
• Workflow Modeller for creating the workflows
• J2EE technologies such as Servlets, JSP, JNDI, EJB, XML, Webservices
• Should have participated in Revamp, Migration, or Upgrade project for OpenText TeamSite - LiveSite implementation
• Knowledge of additional CMS like Adobe Experience Manager, Magnolia, WordPress is a plus

• Conception and Implementation of enterpsise content management solutions based on TeamSite
• Analysis of customer requirements and creation of Implementation concepts
• Independent development and implementation of innovative ideas
• Coordinate and collaborate with Team members within the organisation and the customer site (basis project requirement) tp effectively develop and implement concepts agreed upon as per agreed upon timelines

Requirements

Job Scope:

• Civil & structure design, analysis and assessment for foundation, excavation, earth retaining structures, slope, instrumentation and site investigation.
• Plan, design, supervise & coordinate for civil structural engineering and infrastructure design and site works.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and codes of practice.
• Liaison with project stakeholders, clients other consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Assist Team Leader in maintaining high-quality standards of design and supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in civil and structural engineering recognised by PE Board.
• Minimum 5 years design experience in geotechnical and civil engineering projects in consulting firm.
• Well-versed in civil and structural design software.
• Familiar with authorities' submission requirements for engineering projects.
• Familiar with civil structural designs and BIM will be an advantage.
