Duties

• Process and record transactions for sales, purchases, receivables, payables, cash flow, accruals, prepayments, and finance costs.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day finance and accounting functions, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities for general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
• Prepare and ensure timely delivery of monthly financial, analytical, and intercompany settlement reports; handle quarterly GST reporting.
• Prepare schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purposes, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations, collection, and credit control, alongside other ad hoc assignments.
