Responsibilities

• Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of StarHub WAN services projects
• Front customers , provide him with status updates and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved

Qualifications

• University or Polytechnic graduate in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines. Relevant experience without the required educational portfolio can be considered

• Able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment, after office hours or weekends

• Facilitate, prepare, and verify monthly payroll, including overtime, commissions, incentives, allowances, and deductions for all employees.
• Assist People Ops with payroll-related matters for new hires, leavers, and staff movements, computing and verifying their payroll.
• Conduct payroll audits and internal controls by validating data and monitoring payment processes.
• Generate and prepare monthly and end-of-month payroll reports, such as employee payroll reports and variance reports.
• Manage statutory payment submissions, including CPF, IR8A, IR21, and NS claims.
• Handle tax-related tasks such as preparing tax returns (IR21) and managing tax clearance for departing foreign employees.
• Process annual Auto-Inclusion Scheme for Employment Income to IRAS.
• Provide support during audit seasons regarding payroll matters.
• Offer assistance to various departments on payroll-related inquiries.
• Participate in improving payroll-related processes.
• Prepare payment vouchers for split-payroll arrangements and validate payments for secondees and overseas-based employees.
• Maintain payroll documentation for proper storage and retrieval, utilizing a cloud-based portal.

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration.
• Had experience with 1000 payroll headcounts in the past, and min. 2 pay runs.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently handling full sets of financial accounts (preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Annual Compilation Report) for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.
