Salary: $5000 + AWS + VB + Handphone Allowance ($55)

Work Days/Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

• Assist in implementing learning and development programs to ensure individuals are equipped with the necessary skills for their assigned tasks, aligning with the organization's current and future business needs.

Workforce Development:

• Support the establishment and development of structures, processes, and systems to effectively implement the organization's vision, mission, strategy, and plans.

Analytics and Insights:

• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to generate management information, business insights, and forecasts for HR training purposes.

Relationships and Communication:

• Aid in managing relationships with individuals and communicate effectively and empathetically to fulfill the HR function efficiently.
• Utilization of Skills Framework and National Policies:
• Utilize skills frameworks and national policies to enhance workforce development excellence throughout the company.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma majoring in Business Management / Human Resource or any related business discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and writing skills with ability to engage people at all levels.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communications skills
• Detailed oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects within agreed deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, empathetic, able to work in face paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications
• Knowledge of infographic presentation and any Artificial Intelligence (AI) software such as ChatGPT would be advantageous

• Review management accounts and assist in planning of the audit engagements including, but not limited to, understanding of the client’s business environment, assessment of key risks areas, determination of materiality and performance of preliminary analytical review
• Perform fieldwork for audit including, but not limited to, performance of tests of controls, substantive analytical procedures and other tests of details
• Prepare tax computations for submission to IRAS
• Check compliance with relevant laws and regulations e.g. Singapore Companies Act (Chapter 50), Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), Income Tax Act and applicable tax legislation, etc.
• Review the financial statements prepared
• by clients and modify as appropriate in compliance with the requirements of FRS
• Lead team on engagements and provide guidance to junior associates

The candidate should :

• posses a Degree in accountancy or other professional accountancy qualifications
• possess initiative to work under pressure as part of a closely-knit team
• be a team player and enjoys interacting with entrepreneurs and fellow professionals
• be service-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of professional accountability
• be a keen learner and have a strong desire to continuously upgrade professional
• At least 2 years of auditing experience
