Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct talks, workshops and programmes for parents, grandparents and couples
• Support in outreach and engagement efforts with relevant stakeholders (ie. school leaders and teachers, community partners and religious organisations) to promote the importance of family life education
• Contribute to planning, development and evaluation of programmes
• Have flexibility to work outside of office hours (ie. weeknights and weekends)

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Bachelors degree in social work/psychology/ counselling/sociology or related fields.
• Preferably trained and accredited in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Level 2 and 3, Signposts Groupwork and/or Prepare/Enrich. Otherwise, willing to attend the relevant trainings.
• Able to conduct large group seminar and groupwork effectively.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in family life education (ie. parenting and marriage counselling, groupwork experience)
• Be proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil
• Good interpersonal, communication, written and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical skills
• Passionate in working with families, especially parents, grandparents and young couples

• Responsible for maintaining daily accounting records and preparing accurate financial reports.
• Facilitate the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable process.
• Provide quarterly GST submissions and assist the sales and operations.
• Adhere to yearly regulatory obligations.
• Assists in payroll, hiring process and administrative tasks.
• Purchase office and stationery supplies.
• Coordinate with the office maintenance & repair and managing the office events.
• Respond to incoming calls and offer a outstanding support to the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Admin, Finance, Accounting.
• At least 1-2 years related working experience.
• Organized and meticulous with an eye for details.
