This role is part of Singapore Discovery Centre's (SDC) Sales & Business Development department and will be responsible for SDC’s sales goals. The jobholder will plan, execute, and manage the sales of events, including but not limited to, pricing, day-to-day sales operations and working with internal departments to meet specifics requirements catered for each event. Successful candidate will report to Corporate Sales Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long term business relationships with clients by providing consistent sales service, follow up on enquiries and rapport building
• Assist / oversee / participate in sales outreach events, trade & road shows and activities on need basis
• Provide accurate quotations to all sales enquiries in a timely manner
• Identify potential sales channels to develop strategies for new business opportunities and achievement of sales targets
• Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
• Coordinate, conduct visits and events enquiries visit with internal department to ensure smooth handover of events execution
• Ensure quotation to clients adhere to profit margin guidelines and expenditure to meet budget guidelines
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports; and
• Update sales productivity system and review action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
• Responsible to manage and monitor work process from the initial account acquisition process to completion

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree; relevant to Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management preferred
• Prior experience as an event sales/consultant/organiser in MICE/Tourism/Attractions/Weddings & Social will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 on-site / remote IT support and fulfil service requests

• Perform asset tracking of all corporate devices (from purchase to disposal)

• Responsible for end-to-end process for all new tickets in the ESM tool, incoming phone calls, Teams messaging to the Service Desk, including, but not limited to providing first call resolution, logging of ticket, escalation of ticket, regular following up with users and tracking the closure of tickets within agreed SLA.

• Utilize ESM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage all ESM tickets, adhering to response and resolution times based on ticket severity and document key actions within the ticket accurately.

• Provide dedicated support for VIP users and be available for after-hours VIP (VP and above) support.

• Provide guidance to users on how to perform self- service support and Service Desk's available modes of support.

• Monitoring of health of corporate systems and escalate abnormalities to the Team Lead.

• Escalate any company-wide incidents (disruptions or outages in corporate systems) to the Team Lead.

• Assist to implement service improvement plans approved by the team.

• Adhere to ITIL processes and frameworks, ensuring best practices in IT service management.

• Adhere to established processes and best practices within the IT Service Desk playbook.

• Refer to the solutions/knowledge in the IT Service Desk playbook for reference and to facilitate self-service troubleshooting by users.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role, with exposure to a variety of devices and applications in a corporate environment.

• Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, corporate network and common hardware/software troubleshooting for Windows laptops.

• Good experience in macOS, iOS device management and troubleshooting would be advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and service, as well as Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with endpoint protection solutions such as web proxy, remote browser isolation and endpoint detection & response solutions, video conferencing and AV solutions and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in using ESM tools such as ServiceNow.

Job Description:

• Attend technical meeting / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years structural coordinator experience
