Responsibilities:

Account Management to interact with Divisions to:

• Address queries related to procurement-related policies, procedures and facilitate troubleshooting of system errors.

Requirements:

• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of related Procurement & Account Management experience. Fresh graduates with relevant attachment experience will be considered.
• Familiarity in using SAP Procurement Modules will be advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to engage diverse stakeholders well.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Management while also overseeing office management, corporate event planning, and secretarial duties. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with experience in office management and corporate events.
• Prior experience managing administrative or project support staff in the construction, design, or engineering industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
