ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

In collaboration and alignment with Corporate Engineering, Project Management, Procurement:

· Conduct Field Engineering during the piloting, construction, commissioning and operation/maintenance/DLP/after sale phases of Gradiant’s Projects in Singapore and overseas with minimal supervision.

· Support the preparation of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs at operating sites and closely monitor their performance.

· Participate in technical meetings related to Gradiant projects being executed and potential project opportunities as Gradiant’s local representative.

· Promote and support Gradiant after sales services, including spare parts, consumables, ad hoc operational and site technical support. Work closely with Engineering and Procurement departments to correctly specify and source materials and services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Facility Management

• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the academy premises

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with vendors

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition

2) Administrative Support

• Assist in organising and scheduling classes, workshops, and events

• Manage registration and enrolment processes

• Maintain accurate and updated student records

3) Inventory Management

• Monitor and replenish office and classroom supplies

• Keep track of equipment and materials, ensuring availability for classes and events

4) Finance

• Assist in managing the academy's expense tracking and reporting

• Process invoices, payments, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks

5) Communication and Correspondence

• Act as a liaison between the academy and students, trainers, staff, and external partners

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

6) Event Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing academy events

• Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and participant registration

7) Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including safety standards and licensing requirements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to operations and administration

8) Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing) to support overall academy goals and initiatives.

• Provide administrative support to other teams as needed

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing / Logistics or equivalent;

• Experience in operations and administration roles, preferably in an educational or similar setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.

The Senior Executive, Public Engagement is responsible for planning and supporting the implementation of initiatives to drive engagement to achieve brand awareness and visitorship targets for Singapore Discovery Centre, Singapore Navy Museum and upcoming brands subsumed under the DCS umbrella.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement innovative and engaging events and educational programmes for different visitor segments: family and youth audiences, for both in-centre and outreach efforts.
• Conduct and facilitate public programmes across all DCS museums.
• Assess and review programme outcome, effectiveness and impact.
• The role will be in support of Marketing Communications initiatives.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of events & programmes.
• Adhere to finance guidelines and governance for procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Competent with a strong acumen for programme design and development, and a result-oriented person.
• Excellent in writing and verbal communications skills, as well as good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays during programme days.
• Great attention to details and with a flair for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Full spectrum of HR function.

· Develop, coordinate, and administer all recruitment processes.

· Assist in the offboarding process for resign staff including preparation of letters, exit interview and exit clearance.

· Manage payroll processing and reports, including reconciling overtime.

· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

· Handle employee compensation and benefits matters.

· Update the HR system.

· Coordinate and administer training and development programmes.

· Communicate with employees on HR matters and handle staff events.

· Monitor and constantly update workers’ annual leave, medical leave and expenses.

· Work with relevant stakeholders on policy reviews and updates.

· Provide support to immediate superior on the Performance Appraisal Processes.

· Manage application, renewal & cancellation and related works of work pass for foreign workers.

· Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.

· Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.

· Submit government claims via NS portal, Profamily leave etc.

· Insurance renewal and assistance to submit claims if any.

· Negotiates to outsource services such as hospital insurance coverage plan.

· Handle auditors’ enquiries.

· Matters related to MYE application.

· Monitor, update of CSOC course for workers. Enroll in courses for workers.

· Manage and arrange insurance bonds for new joining workers.

· Perform HR administrative tasks.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
• Minimum 2 years of full spectrum HR working experience as generalist including payroll processing.
• Preferably from construction / manufacturing, industrial sector.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.

1) Able to perform CNC turning programming and setup,

2) Able to perform maintenance on the machines and replace dull or aged parts as necessary.

3) Able to perform Auto cad drafting and wire cut programming and setup.

4) Able to work independently and work overtime.

5) At least 5 years of relevant working experiences.

6) At least a diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering.

7) Resposible ,critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
