Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and feedback/ Attend tender interviews and follow up with tender requirements
• Weekly reporting of engagement strategy and monthly planning.
• To lead market research initiatives (in house or outsource), analyse latest market and industry trends, and identify suitable opportunities.
• Evaluate the findings of market research; assess the viability of alternative market segment for growth and make recommendations on business strategies.
• Build and grow customer and prospects database

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder in any field, preferably in business / marketing.
• At least 1-year relevant working experience
• Possess good presentation and explanation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Outgoing and approachable personality
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in team environment

You will join the dynamic Sales & Marketing Team to service existing clientele, pitch for events to secure projects and new clients. Your work scope will include conceptualisation of events, customer servicing, event co-ordination, programme planning, and other sales & marketing related activities as reasonably directed.

Main Responsibilities

· Competence - Responsible for producing detailed proposals/quotations and event plans including liaising with clients to ascertain event requirements, conceptualization of themes, proposal writing with concept paper, managing budget, event timeline, identifying and recommendation of suitable venues, emcees, entertainers & etc;

· Compliance - Ensuring deadlines and all work processes are adhered to, including costing for all event with detailed recording of receipts & expenditures;

· Creativity - Prepare creative presentation and sales pitch to potential clients;

· Management and Coordination - Interface with other departments, manage external suppliers, contractors, venue providers and all parties involved to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events; coordinating staffing requirements, hire, train, and conduct briefing for all part timers on event requirements & procedures; liaising with external agencies to ensure law compliance - e.g. Police Entertainment Unit, FSB, BCA & etc; work directly with design team to develop & coordinate all necessary collaterals etc.

· Service Quality - Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by delivering premium service; accounts servicing including follow up and handle client enquiries, feedback, last minute requests, attending meetings, troubleshooting at events and ensure that all event requirements & itineraries runs smoothly

1. Ability to work nights, weekends and in accordance to event schedules when needed.

2. Positive leaning attitude and possess excellent writing, communications and organizational skills.

3. A team player who is efficient, resourceful and meticulous.

4. Able to multi-task & work independently under a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.

5. Possess strong interpersonal skills, have a flair for presentation, enjoy meeting people and not afraid of addressing a big crowd.

Roles & Responsibilities

. Assist & support sales team in providing quotations & order processing.

· Responsible for sales related coordination, document filing and other administrative functions.

· Handle day to day sales enquiries and support sales personnel

· Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales team

. Process all sales orders and coordinate the end-to-end order implementation processes

Requirements:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a well-organized manner

· Able to handle Mandarin Speaking Customers

· Familiar with Auto count accounting software will be an advantage but not necessary

· Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon- Fri)/ 9am-1pm (Sat)
