The Role Responsibilities
In an Account Servicing role, you are the face of Confirm Good in engaging prospective clients, introducing Confirm Good solutions and driving meaningful collaborations. You'll handle timelines, emails, campaigns and manage relationships.
Requirements
• You’ll serve as the link between our internal team and Clients.
• Develop relationships and partnerships with businesses and their public relations department/ agencies.
• Be the gatekeeper and initiator for all media invites & drops.
• Able to establish post-implementation measures and evaluation to monitor performances including preparation of campaign reports.
• Good communication skills, positive and cheerful.
• Exercises sound judgement in establishing priorities, managing timelines and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent quality control and meticulous.
• Self-starter who can work with minimum supervision but at the same time is a team-player.
• Ability to actively acquire new-to-media relationships and cross-sell the entire suite of media products to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets will be a plus.
• Manage accounts by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.
• Create proposals for incoming client campaigns and support the Team in developing content that meet client’s objectives.
