Duties

Requirements

The Right Profile

The Wealth Advisor is an important role of the company as he/she is responsible for giving clients wealth planning and investment advice via our wealthtech platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies and sales processes to identify, target and acquire clients across wealth spectrums
• Conduct goal based financial planning sessions for clients by analysing their financial statuses (e.g. income, expenses and liabilities), identifying needs & investment gaps and providing sound advice to grow their wealth
• Provide market color, advice clients on asset allocation using in-house proprietary tools and develop investment proposals / strategies to help clients implement their plans
• Deliver advice at scale using digital tools such as short video formats, webinars, blog articles and community engagement channels
• Engage in business development activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, proposal writing and meetings
• Work cross-functionally with the product/marketing teams to scope and drive initiatives that enhance the financial journeys of our clients and guide them to invest more confidently leading to growing wallet share

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with solid experience in customer experience/ banking industry
• CFP / CFA qualification preferred
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Strong understanding of tech start-ups and financial markets

• Report to the Sales Director, you hold a crucial and fulfilling position within our dynamic and expanding sales team, specializing in selling IT services and solutions to large SMEs and MNC customers.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and cultivating leads to deal closure.
• Handle existing customers with new IT projects and business opportunities.
• Conduct direct sales efforts aimed at acquiring new B2B customers and visits to potential clients within the company's existing client base and/or personal contacts.

Finance Operations (Efficiency & Accuracy)

• Support Cashier Office function and resolve daily operational issues
• Support of ledger configuration for new product types in ticketing system
• Ensure timely & accurate reconciliation to ticketing counter’s and online portals daily sales against bank statement
• Ensure timely & accurate GST reconciliation relating to POS
• Review cashier office daily cash collection, cancelled tickets printed and miscellaneous receipt
• Checking of ad hoc credit card refund for counters and online portals
• Ensure timely update of SOP
• Managing brinks and operations support

Compliance

• Ensure that Financial Instructions Manual, Accounting Standards, Financial policies and all relevant statutory requirements (including IRAS GST policies), and procedures for financial matters are adhered to.

Business Partnering

• Engage with internal stakeholders (business units) in all POS matters
• Work closely with all parties, including auditors.

IT/system impact on Finance matters

• Participate in IT related projects and system development from finance perspective to ensure financial reporting requirements and back-end support are taken into consideration.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement within financial processes

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience of finance or accounting experience
