Senior Marketing & Communication Executive

Location: Gul Crescent [Company Transport @ Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person.
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor.
• Social media management, review and assist to maximise brand experience and engagement.
• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration.
• Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos.
• Prepare and update price list.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Our client is expanding and is hiring for a newly created Treasury Executive role, specializing in Debt Management, to manage and maintain the loan and swap portfolio and supporting various debt and treasury-related activities.

The Role

The Treasury Executive will oversee the loan and swap portfolio, managing both new and existing facilities, and coordinating with banks for rate fixing, timely debt servicing, and loan disbursements. This role involves verifying all payments and charges, preparing treasury management reports and forecasts for internal departments, and supporting fundraising activities, including bank presentations and information requests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and developing banking relationships, optimizing funding structures (e.g., hedging policies), and updating debt-related databases. The role also provides ad hoc support for other treasury functions as needed.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar treasury role managing a substantial loan portfolio or in a bank with credit administration or corporate lending activities. A Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required, along with a strong aptitude for numbers and keen attention to detail. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work both independently and within a team and have familiarity with banking terms and financing structures. The Restructuring and Insolvency team

Responsibilities

• Executing day to day issues on restructuring and insolvency engagements (being, amongst others, liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / exceptional accountant, debt restructuring and personal insolvency work)
• Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
• Preparing draft correspondence, reports and presentations
• Reconstruction of (complex) accounting records from incomplete information
• Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate and company analysis, including financial modelling where necessary
• Participating in client meetings and assisting in department networking and marketing activities
• For insolvency work, attending to statutory and compliance matters

Qualifications and skills

• Data entry of Purchasing Invoices, Receipts, Payments and Journal Entries in Dynamics 365 Business Central system
• Raise payment vouchers and journal vouchers for various disbursements for approval
• Handle travelling claims and billing issues
• Handle closing of accounts and prepare full set of accounts within tight deadline
