We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development and Marketing Executive to work with the existing Marketing and BD teams, for the development and management of a new community-focused initiative aimed at enhancing client engagement and education. Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management

- Oversee the launch and ongoing management of our client-

focused community platform.

- Engage with members, facilitating discussions, interactive

sessions, and special events.

- Collaborate with internal teams and experts to design, create,

and manage educational content that supports our clients' goals.

- Monitor community activity, ensuring a positive and supportive

• Business Development Support

- Work with the Head of Business Development in identifying and

• Digital Marketing

- Manage digital marketing campaigns to promote TSquared Lab’s

services and the community platform.

- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize online

presence, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns,

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or associated fields
• Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience in either Digital Marketing, Business Development or Online Community Management
• Interest/ experience in the Fitness Industry will be considered as a bonus
• Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Design Software such as

Adobe Creative Suite.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google
