Salary Range: $3800 - $4200

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Teacher.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a classroom with a focus on fostering an environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Implement Little Paddington’s play-based and inquiry-driven curriculum.
• Collaborate with a team of English and Mandarin teachers to deliver a comprehensive bilingual immersion program.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual student needs.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development.
