Requirements

• Degree holder
• Experience in HR operations
• Familiar with HR systems (familiarity with SAP will be an advantage)
• Preferably done HR records processing (specifically payroll, organisational management and/or learning records management)
• [Working Effectively with Stakeholders] Identify and highlight cases that require special consideration to the Business Partners, and propose solutions to meet stakeholders’ needs. Guide stakeholders on where to access relevant information.

Job Description

[Payroll]

• Provide timely support in payroll activities (e.g. payroll cycles, billings, recoveries, checking of payroll reports and alerts)
• Provide first-line support to queries on payroll-related matters
• Maintain tracking of payroll activities and recoveries to ensure timely processing
• Work closely with Vital and other business stakeholders on cases or system issues to recommend first-cut response or solutions

[Workforce Planning]

• Manage and maintain the organisation data (e.g. creation of Position IDs, ensuring officers’ positions are correctly captured in the organisation structure) within the Organisation Management (OM) module in the HR & Payroll System
• Handle straightforward queries and troubleshooting relating to OM, and work closely with vendor to ensure system functionality

[Workforce and Leadership Development]

• Provide administrative support in training matters (e.g. course registration) and the organisation of development programmes (e.g. managing trainee lists, proper set up of training venue, etc.)
• Manage and track training budget and completion of mandatory training
• Manage and maintain development databases such that they are accurate and complete to support analysis of data
• Handle straightforward queries and troubleshooting on technical/process queries who have issues with system access (e.g. LEARN) or applications for initiatives

[Other Support]

• Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team in organisational events or initiatives, where needed

Descriptions:

• Drive the implementation and refinement of distributed training strategies across multi-GPU and multi-node environments.
• Apply advanced optimization algorithms and their variants (e.g., SGD, Adam, Adagrad) to accelerate learning processes while maintaining model accuracy.
• Lead initiatives in model compression, pruning, and quantization techniques to reduce model footprint and enhance computational efficiency.
• Innovate in knowledge distillation methodologies to transfer learning from larger teacher models to more efficient student models.
• Optimize micro-tuning strategies, such as prompt-based tuning or parameter-efficient tuning methods, to minimize resource requirements.
• Explore and implement mixed precision training and hardware-specific optimizations (e.g., CUDA, Tensor Cores) to leverage hardware acceleration fully.
• Manage hyperparameter tuning processes using automated tools and algorithms to achieve optimal model configurations.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to integrate state-of-the-art research into production-ready systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields.
• LLM. AIGC required.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Service Excellence (SE) content research and develop learning materials (e.g., toolkits, guides, case studies).
• Design, develop and deliver SE training programs and activities.
• Conduct departmental learning needs analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Provide SE consultancy to internal branches.
• Plan and schedule TMs for value-added external courses to enhance the department’s level of competency in the service aspect.
• Carry out quality control measures via systematic checks, inspections, periodic reviews and audits to validate the transfer of SE skills back to the workplace.
• Plan and prepare activity and progress reports, e.g., ad-hoc training evaluation report from learners feedback, monthly training progress report, yearly training report etc.
• Assist manager in digital transformation initiatives, e.g., explore interactive digital tools for training effectiveness/enhance learners experience, going paperless etc.
• Support the development, administration and coordination of overall training efforts for Marina Bay Sands and Security Service Department.
• Liaise with vendor on implementation of SE training program at Marina Bay Sands.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by Vice President, Security Service Department.

Job Requirements

• A recognized university degree/diploma in Training, Human Resource (Training & Development) or Tourism related discipline.
• Possesses Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Training and Development experience.
• Proficient in curriculum development, training delivery and evaluation techniques.
• Experience in designing, developing, and delivering train-the-trainer programs.
• Track record of communicating and working effectively with mid to senior level management.

· Setting up the framework for drawing production
