Knowledge of HCM or Payroll software a plus.

Job description
Compute and process payroll using the payroll system
Process gross to net and relevant statutory CPF, self-help group funds calculation
Preparing Payroll reports and General Ledger (GL)
Computation of bonus, like AWS
Computation of notice-in-lieu of notice of termination, work on rest or public holiday, annual leave or deduction for absence of work according to regulatory requirements.
Prepare and/or review statutory tax filing, IR8A and IR21 forms
Process and/or review government-paid leave claims, like maternity leave claim, child care leaves claim and paternity leave claim
Perform system user testing for new payroll, leave, time implementations
Involve in change request or project implementation as and when required
