As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects as well as the financial management of projects. You will lead design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models and collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications

• Minimum 10 - 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface

• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential

• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage

• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in operations, supply chain management, or a related role is highly advantageous.
• Familiar with logistics, and import/export documentation, including knowledge of customs regulations, shipping and receiving procedures, and international trade compliance.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance. This includes having the initiative to address challenges, manage tasks, and make decisions with little supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
