Responsibilities:
· Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
· Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly.
· Monitor and maintain computer networks and servers.
· Ensure network security and implement necessary measures.
· Install and configure software applications.
· Provide training and support for new software implementations.
· Implement and enforce security measures for data protection.
· Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities.
· Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes and configurations.
· Create user guides and documentation for software and hardware.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
· Liaise with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
· Monitor system performance and generate reports.
· Provide regular updates on IT metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
· At least 2 years of relevant IT experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 operating systems
· Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and Microsoft Outlook email client
· Able to start work immediate / within short notice
· Able to work 5.5 work week
