· Conducts consolidation in evidence ie supporting documents from various departments and review existing or create new write ups, to ensure ISO 9001 Renewal, Biz Safe Certification Renewal, Singapore Customs Secure Trade Partnership Renewal, Singapore Customs TradeFirst Assessment Renewal, and document updates.

· Conduct periodic operations review (SOP) to monitor adherence to compliance procedures are being followed.

· Assist in conducting the internal investigation of compliance issues and brainstorm on remedy actions to minimise if possible, to eliminate the non-conformance.

· Assist in conducting periodic reviews on warehouse and logistics work safety. This includes review of risk assessments with risk management practices and to take corrective actions where necessary.

· Evaluates operation team members’ knowledge and prepare course materials to provide the necessary training, re-training, coaching and guiding the individuals to ensure compliance and adhere to SOP and driving the productivity, efficiency, accuracy and understanding their roles.

· Constantly stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and keep track of applicable laws and any changes to those laws. This includes sharing any Singapore Customs Newsletters and New Circulars to the relevant departments.

· Provide assistance with creating, reorganizing or establishing any process, procedures and/or systems. This includes help to ensure that new processes and systems are implemented smoothly and that any issues are identified and addressed quickly.

· Aid in ad-hoc operational support to the Operations Team such as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and providing training and support to users on Systems and Handheld Devices, where necessary.

· Any other duty / duties assigned from Line Manager.

· Any Ad-hoc projects assigned by Line Manager.

The role of a Presales Consultant holds a critical position of being the technical domain expert with in-depth knowledge in network infrastructure products and services. Presales Consultant works with the Sales Team to jointly engage, assesses requirements, design and recommend solutions for our customers in response to their requirements. Presales Consultant will also be tasked to validate recommended solutions with our customers via on-site pilot project and proof of concept engagements to ensure that the recommended solution effectively meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations. Presales Consultant joint engagement with Sales Team will often require them to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs. This role is measured on opportunity conversion rate and gross margin in the assigned solution area

Responsibilities include:

• Supports Sales Team from opportunity identification to closing of deal.
• Maps customer requirements to the offerings portfolio describing solution and scope of work to meet or exceed requirements
• Take lead and/or work as part of a team with other functional teams to review overall solution taking into consideration the deliverable aspects as well.
• Supports the Sales Team by providing views and input which is relevant to pricing considerations and provides the necessary technical proposal.
• Supports Account/Opportunity planning activities
• Jointly work with Sales Team in building opportunities / pipeline through consultative selling approach
• Positions and leverage solution portfolio of products and services to gain competitive advantage against competition. Promotes services as part of all opportunities where applicable.
• Supports technical representation in Bid Management and Review process.
• Review new vendors and technologies jointly with Business Development Team.
• Conducts training and briefing session on relevant solution to internal teams

Qualifications

• Relevant technical certifications
• 3+ year experience within the industry, preferably in presales role
• He/She should have the experiences and skillsets in some or all of the following areas
• Network infrastructure design
• Network performance & optimization (Netscaler, F5, Solarwind, ManageEngine)
• Wireless network (Cisco, Aruba, Huawei)
• VoIP (Cisco, Microsoft)
• Software Defined Network/WAN (Cisco, Cato)
• Network security, eg. NAC, firewall, SASE, IPS/IDS (Cisco, Aruba, Palo, Fortinet, CheckPoint)
• Experience in opportunity assessment, RFP processing and business development for large customer is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct phototaking and evaluation of cars by identifying problems with diagnostic tools both onsite and offsite.

• Perform troubleshooting and functional checks of vehicles.

• Explaining problems of the vehicle to both customers as well as internal colleagues (eg. Customer Service Officer)
• Conduct test drive of vehicle to detect if there is fault or issues.
• Have good understanding of all types of vehicles – knowing what the potential problems are, how to identify the root cause and the estimated cost of rectifications.
• Guide customers through the procedures of selling their cars.
• Liaise with customers and car dealers for document checks and follow-ups.
• Handle documentation and other administrative duties (eg. Uploading of vehicle postings).
• Establish good rapport with customers and dealers.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possessed a valid Class 3 driving license.

• GCE ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/Nitec/Diploma.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automotive garage industry preferred.

• Good knowledge in diagnostic software.

• Good understanding of different vehicle types as we deal with a wide range of cars.

• Able to identify potential car faults.
• Team player, proactive and willing to learn.
